Honoring the Legacy of His Grace Abune Gorgorios: Building God’s House

After the passing of His Grace Abune Gorgorios, the Ark of the Covenant was moved to Debre Genet Holy Trinity Church, continuing to bless the faithful through morning prayers and monthly Mass.

Under the spiritual leadership of His Grace Abune Yakob, Archbishop of the UK and Ireland, the ministry transitioned into a new church building where services are now held every Saturday and on feast days.

By God’s grace, a permanent church building has been secured through a competitive bidding process. A 35% deposit is urgently needed, along with essential interior work to prepare the sanctuary.
